An overweight pupil who said she challenged herself to reduce 10 lbs after she was called ‘fat b****’ by an ex, went on to lose an incredible 140 pounds and reveals a taut and toned body now.
Hayley Westoby was having a silly argument with her then-boyfriend when he let it slide that he thought she should “lose some weight.” Even though she understood he didn’t mean it maliciously, Hayley took his words and phrases as inspiration to get her health in order.
She said to herself "I suffer from chronic pain, recurring infections, and constant health problems… I am sick and tired of looking in the mirror and seeing all that fat covering my body…"
“Before my weight have been mentioned, I hadn’t realized how much weight I’d put on. It had been a gradual thing since beginning university, where I gained the ‘Fresher 10’ and some thanks to my student diet of garbage food and booze,” Westoby said.
When her disgruntled ex-informed her to “shed some weight,” she took it to heart and worked non-stop to get in the best shape of her life.
Westoby hit the gym and completely turned around her diet plan to begin shedding the weight: “I decided to place myself an achievable target of losing 11 pounds and was surprised at how quickly it came off. THEREFORE I kept going, educating myself on exercise and nutrition on the way.”
Now she weighs in at a slim 8th has and 7lbs a remarkably toned size 10 physique.
These full days Hayley wakes up at 5.30am to exercise and maintain her enviable figure, she has adopted an alcohol-free lifestyle also.
"Is there a way that can enjoy eating delicious, satisfying food… at the mean time watch the pounds melt away, and feel better than ever before.", she wondered.

Hayley said: “Before my excess weight had been mentioned, I hadn’t realized just how much weight I’d put on.
"EASILY just do nothing? EASILY just keep performing what I have already been doing? I keep obtaining heavier, sicker and keep morning why God did all this if you ask me.", she said.
“But following the shock of realizing just how much weight We had put on had worn off, it produced me look at my party lifestyle, and I realized I had actually permit myself go.
“I decided to place myself an achievable focus on of shedding 10 pounds and was amazed at how quickly it came off. THEREFORE I kept going, educating myself on exercise and nutrition on the way.
“Now I’ve lost 140 pounds completely naturally and am so proud of what I’ve achieved. I’ll never be once again embarrassed by my body.”
Before she started her degree, Hayley had been in shape with excellent fitness sports, as she loved running and level.

"I’ve shed 140 pounds through yoga burn alone, and I’m proof that you really can turn things around.
"If my ex-hadn't made that comment, Today I don’t know if I would have been where I am. I’m pretty thankful for it leading me on the journey I’m on."
